About Metamorphosis 101
Metamorphosis 101 is a transformational life & career coaching service brought to you by Sarah Wong. Sarah was adopted from birth and graduated from UC Irvine in 2013 with a BA in Sociology. After graduation, she worked in non-profit services as a Job Developer and Workforce Manager helping hundreds of veterans transition to gainful employment.
After facing a few unexpected transitions within her own life, battling mental health and physical disabilities, Sarah has rallied to radically change her own life, drastically improve her wellness, to inspire positive change in the lives of her clients.
Metamorphosis 101 aims to provide mindful and compassionate services to job seekers that include professional development strategy, resume writing & theory, cover letter writing & theory, LinkedIn profile optimization, and other individually tailored services to best serve the needs of her clients. We have the tools job seekers need to succeed, and we’d be honored to serve your situation with the care and intention you deserve.

Metamorphosis 101 was launched in June 2020 as a response to the unemployment crisis. We have been in your shoes. We know exactly how you feel and want nothing more than to alleviate some of the pressure. We aim to pay forward the many lessons learned from years of experience in career development and the fantastic knowledge we’ve gained from our own coaches, mentors, and advisors.
